You do not need to make an appointment for medical treatment at our Urgent Care Clinics.
You are enrolled if you have completed a form to enrol with us. This means you plan to use Counties Medical – Papakura or Takanini as your regular provider of general practice healthcare services.
Urgent Care
Our Urgent Care clinics provide assistance when you have an injury or an illness that requires urgent
medical attention but is not serious enough to warrant a visit to the public hospital emergency room.
Clinic staffing & patient numbers will impact the closing time for the Clinic.
We have wheelchair and stroller access.
Family Health
We are a friendly general practice dedicated to providing high quality medical care to you and your family.
We aim to provide the highest standards of professional healthcare to children and adults of all ages.
You can book a phone consult through Manage My Health or phone Reception for face-to-face consults
for either location. We are open 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
